Shipping Information

At Tribe Co., we aim to provide you with the best service possible. Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be shipped, although it may be sooner. All orders are shipped via USPS (U.S. Postal Service) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number for your convenience.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Within the USA: Expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment.
  • For payments made via e-check through PayPal, your order will ship once the payment has cleared.

Tracking Information:

  • If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. If it’s not there, email us, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Shipment Issues:

  • Once you have a tracking number, any shipment issues should be handled through the U.S. Postal Service. Visit usps.com or call (800) 275-8777 for assistance.
  • If your package is marked "DELIVERED" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office to resolve the issue. We are unable to correct delivery problems once USPS has taken possession of your order.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Each of our items is made to order, resulting in unique variations, especially in bleach patterns. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please email us, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail, making every piece unique. In certain situations we will offer an exchange. We appreciate your understanding and support for our artisan work.
